Sturdy & Lightweight

Attendant Brakes

Professionally adjusted attendant brakes provide the necessary stopping power for the caregiver to slow down or stop the wheelchair as needed.

Cushioned Armrest

Cushioned armrests on wheelchairs provides comfort and support for the user, helping to reduce pressure and strain on the arms and shoulders.

Rear Pouch

Provides additional storage space for items that the user may need to carry with them, such as personal items, medications, or snacks.

Calf Strap

Calf strap helps to prevent the foot of the user from sliding off the footrest or from dangling and potentially getting caught on something.  It secures the lower leg and foot of a user using the wheelchair

Grooved Hand Rims

Grooved hand rims provide a more secure and comfortable grip, which can reduce hand fatigue and improve the overall experience of propelling a wheelchair.

What is the expected delivery time for my wheelchair?

Large Items

We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery. Delivery usually takes place between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.).

Can the wheelchair fit in my car boot?

It depends on the dimensions of the wheelchair and the car boot. Our wheelchairs are lightweight and foldable.

Most of them have a foldable backrest design and some models have other features such as removable or flipped up footrests which allow the wheelchair to take up even less space, fitting most car boots. You may wish to proceed to our retail stores to try out the wheelchairs.

How to choose a wheelchair?

Step 1

Answer the following questions while referring to Wheelchair or Pushchair comparison sheets.

Qn. 1: Does the user require specific functions such as elevating footrest, tension back?

If yes, please refer to our Elevating Series for those specific requirements.
If not, please refer to other series and proceed to the next question.

Qn. 2: How is the user going to use the wheelchair?

Please take a look at intended function of each series.

Step 2

Once the series is identified, please compare their respective specifications.

Commonly asked specifications include:

  • Seat width – how wide is the wheelchair seat
  • Weight capacity – how much weight can the wheelchair support
  • Net weight – how heavy is the wheelchair
  • Overall width – whether the wheelchair can fit through door frames and corridors

If you require a more personalised service, please feel free to talk to us on LIVE Chat or any of our retail store staff.
