How to Assemble & Adjust the Elbow Crutch (3-Part)

Before You Start

  • Carefully remove all packaging. Do not use sharp tools that could scratch the crutch.
  • Inspect all parts for visible damage. Do not use the product if anything looks cracked, bent, or loose.
  • Confirm you have 3 sections:
    1. Upper (elbow support)
    2. Middle (crutch shaft with C-shaped buckle and reinforcement buckle/collar)
    3. Base (with shock-absorbing spring and Anti-Slip Rubber Stopper)

Assembly

  1. Prepare the middle section
    Remove the C-shaped buckle (C-clip) and loosen the reinforcement buckle (tightening collar) on the middle shaft.
  2. Attach the upper section
    Insert the upper section into the middle section. Align the holes, re-insert the C-shaped buckle, then tighten the reinforcement buckle until snug.
  3. Attach the base section
    Insert the base into the middle section. Press the spring button (sometimes called the “marble”) to slide the tubes together. Continue until the button pops fully through the matching hole.
  4. Lock & check
    Ensure the C-shaped buckle is fully seated, the reinforcement buckle is tight, and the spring button is clearly protruding through its hole.
How to adjust the height of the elbow crutch
  1. Set the height
    Press and hold the spring button, slide the tube to the desired hole, then release so the button pops out fully.
  2. Secure the collar
    Retighten the reinforcement buckle after adjusting.
  3. Match both crutches (if using a pair)
    Repeat the same hole setting on the second crutch for equal height.
