Customers who require calibration of Rossmax Blood Pressure Monitors can send them to our Service Center at Head Office (Singapore).
Calibration service is on an appointment basis, applicable for selected models. Note that free calibration (applicable only to retail and online customers) is limited to once per year, and the free calibration period is dependent on the warranty terms of individual models. Additional calibrations will be charged at S$35.00 (inclusive of GST) each time. Bion reserves rights to amend above terms without prior notice.
