Can I use the rollator on slopes?

Yes. The rollator is suitable for use on gentle slopes and standard barrier-free ramps. However, always maintain a firm grip and control your speed when travelling downhill, and avoid using it on steep or uneven slopes.

Can I apply partial braking with the rollator?

Yes. The rollator supports progressive braking, allowing you to control the braking force based on how far you lift the brake lever—similar to the braking system on a bicycle. This provides smoother speed control, especially when walking on gentle slopes.

What is the expected delivery time for my parcel?

Large Items

We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery. Delivery usually takes place between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.).
