Bed Delivery Process & Charges

Kindly be informed of the following delivery process and applicable charges.

Staircase Delivery Charges

If your delivery requires our team to carry the bed up a staircase (where there is no lift access), an additional fee of $100 per level will apply.

This fee is to be paid directly to the delivery contractor on site.

Please note that this is a standard rate, and there is no need to reconfirm the amount with the contractor.

Old Bed Dismantling & Disposal

If you would like to dismantle or dispose your old bed, please note that the following additional charges will apply.

  • For disposal of old beds, the extra charge is $200 per bed.
  • The payment is to be made directly to the contractor.
  • Kindly note that this is a standard rate, and there is no need to reconfirm the amount with the contractor.
Old Bed Transferring to Other Address

If the bed needs to be delivered to a different address (e.g., due to relocation), please note that the following additional charges will apply.

  • For transferring of old beds to other addresses, the extra charge is $150 per bed.
  • The payment is to be made directly to the contractor.
  • Kindly note that this is a standard rate, and there is no need to reconfirm the amount with the contractor.
What is the expected delivery time for my homecare bed?

Large Items

We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery. Delivery usually takes place between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.).

* Please note for bulky item delivery (e.g. hospital bed), an additional charge of $50 per flight of stairs will apply for delivery to non-lift-accessible storey.

How much weight can the bed hold?

The maximum weight the bed can hold is 270kg.

How long is the warranty period?

2 years end to end warranty except wear and tear.

Does the bed come with mattress?

Yes, the bed comes with a 6.5 kg mattress.

Low Height Adjustment
