Easy to Maintain

Open the rear cover by pulling the top of the cover in the direction away from the main unit.

Remove the old filter from the main unit.

Insert the new filter into the main unit and reinstall the rear cover.

What is the expected delivery time for my parcel?

We use Singpost Normal Mail and local couriers (NinjaVan or QXpress) to facilitate the delivery of our orders and are unable to deliver at specific times. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days.

How to connect the APP (TUYA SMART APP)

1. Download and install "Tuya Smart" app on your smart phone. (android/iOS)

2. Launch the app. Click "+" at the top right corner.

3. Click" Auto Scan".

4. Go to the air purifier and hold the Sleep Mode button for 3 seconds. This will activate Wifi connectivity and the Wifi indicator light will start flashing.

5. Go back to the app. Select your air purifier which has been detected and follow the instructions to complete the pairing. 

What is Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR)?

Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) is the effectiveness of an air purifier is measured by its clean air delivery rate, or CADR. CADR is measured by the maximum airflow (how much does it process) multiplied by its efficiency (how much does it capture).

What is air change rate?

Air change rate tells us how many times an air purifier filters the air in your room in an hour. The more times it filters the air, the cleaner the air you breathe. Unlike most air purifiers that filters your air only 2 times in an hour, A100 filters your air 4 times in an hour. Effectively provides you with good quality air.

Yes, it is tested and proved that the filter is perfect for trapping pet fur and pet dander. However, we cannot guarantee that it is able to filter all types of fur, it varies from different breeds of animals.

How frequently should I replace my filter?

We encourage our users to replace the filter every 6 months, assuming 8 hours of usage per day.
