Does the Rossmax Aero Spacer have an expiration date?

No, the Rossmax Aero Spacer does not have an official expiration date. However, it does have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.

You can check the lot number (LOT YYMPXX) on the top or bottom of the product packaging (for example: LOT 253P03). The lot number indicates the production date as follows:

YY = Production Year (e.g., 23 = 2023, 24 = 2024)
M = Production Month (1–9 for January–September, A = October, B = November, C = December)

Example: LOT 253P03 → Produced in March 2025.

In addition, as stated in the user manual, we recommend replacing or disposing of the spacer after one year of use to maintain hygiene and optimal performance.

What’s the difference between shelf life and expiry date?
  • Shelf Life: The period during which the product maintains its quality and performance under proper storage conditions. For the Rossmax Aero Spacer, this is 3 years from the manufacturing date.
  • Expiry Date: The date after which the product should not be used, as its safety or effectiveness can no longer be guaranteed.

Since the Rossmax Aero Spacer has a defined shelf life rather than an official expiry date, it should be replaced 3 years from the production date or 1 year after first use, whichever comes first.
