Can I wash the heating pad, and how should I clean it?

Yes, the heating pad is washable. 

Detach the controller before washing. Hand wash or machine wash the heating pad with water below 30°C, using a mild, pH-neutral laundry detergent. Avoid spin-drying where possible; if needed, use a low spin speed. After washing, air-dry the heating pad away from direct sunlight.

What is the expected delivery time for my parcel?
