Staircase Delivery Charges

If your delivery requires our team to carry the bed up a staircase (where there is no lift access), an additional fee of $100 per level will apply.

This fee is to be paid directly to the delivery contractor on site.

Please note that this is a standard rate, and there is no need to reconfirm the amount with the contractor.

If you would like to dismantle or dispose your old bed, please note that the following additional charges will apply.

For disposal of old beds, the extra charge is $200 per bed.
The payment is to be made directly to the contractor.
Kindly note that this is a standard rate, and there is no need to reconfirm the amount with the contractor.

How long you should expect to receive your homecare bed.

Large Items

We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery. Delivery usually takes place between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.).

* Please note for bulky item delivery (e.g. hospital bed), an additional charge of $50 per flight of stairs will apply for delivery to non-lift-accessible storey.

The quad side rails provide a hand-hold for the patient when getting into or out of the bed, providing the user comfort and security. The side rails also prevent the user from falling off the bed during a transfer or feeding.
