Yes, our shower/commode chairs are designed to be water-resistant and suitable for use in wet environments such as bathrooms. However, as the frame is made of aluminium, prolonged exposure to moisture—especially saltwater—may lead to gradual corrosion over time. For best durability, we recommend drying the chair after use.

What is the expected delivery time for my parcel?

Large Items

We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery usually takes place between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.).
