Fill the reservoir with clean water.
Select the appropriate pressure setting. You may test the pressure settings before use.
Hold the tip of the nozzle perpendicular to the gumline.
Trace each tooth along the gumline for 3 seconds per tooth. When traced properly, it will cause a syphoning effect to pull the plaque and bacteria out.
